I *love* these reflections. And I am not sure I had as much well-registered as maybe it seems!! I am always wishing I had logged more, filmed more, intentionally remembered more. 💕 I think we find so much richness in looking back. Which filters we used, what attention we paid. I loved reading about what you’re missing and what you’re remembering.
Maybe this whole memory thing is a lot like greener grass on the other side! I also think it's fun to think about how our own extended memory works in regards to all the social media we use--but also, in a sillier way, how much better of an eye I think I have now then 9 years ago!
Oh, for sure! It's not really a "one is inherently better." but more about the benefits you find on either side. I love the note about having a better eye, because I feel the same way! Haha. So many of the early pictures I took, I am like "What was I doing???"
